Scripture:

“This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name’” Matthew 6:9

Observation:

Jesus taught us how to pray. Not necessarily what to pray, but how to pray. He modeled for us how God wants us to approach him: like a little child reaching out to their dad. 

Application:

Approach God like a child today. Call out to him like he’s your dad, a dad who loves you and cares for you immensely! As you practice this watch as your relationship with him deepens.

Prayer:

Thank you, Father, for being my dad, for loving me as your child. Help me to rely on you as a child relies on their parent. I love you. Amen.
