Scripture:

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.” Romans 8:38

Observation:

Nothing can separate us from the love of God. There’s no place we can run or hide where He can’t find us. He is always with us, loving us, willing to forgive, and wanting to be close.

Application:

Sometimes we try to hide from God. We try to hide parts of ourselves from Him – shame, anger, grief, fear. But God loves you even when you’re at your worst! Don’t hide from Him today.

Prayer:

God I don’t want to hide from you. I don’t want to hide any of myself from you. I believe that you love me even when I feel like I shouldn’t or can’t be near you. Help me today to not run away. Amen.
