Scripture:

“If I say, ‘Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,’ even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.” Psalm 139:11-12

Observation:

Sometimes it feels like we are lost in the darkness. We can’t find our way out on our own. Maybe it’s a situation that we’ve tried over and over to fix, but our efforts don’t bring about the change that we worked for. God is not daunted by the darkness. He knows how to set us free, and how to lead us into the light.

Application:

If you are stuck in a dark situation that you can’t get free from, surrender to God. Let Him lead you out of the darkness. Acknowledge that He is the Messiah and that you need Him to set you free.

Prayer:

God, you are my Saviour. Messiah I acknowledge that I need you to set me free. Show me the way out of _______. I surrender to you now. I need you Lord.
