Scripture:

“Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him!” Matthew 6:8

Observation:

People who don’t know God hold onto their worries. The more we learn about God, the more we learn to trust Him and depend on Him for all of our needs.

Application:

Are there things that you’re worried about today? Instead of worrying about all of the things that are uncertain, focus on what you can be certain of. God loves you, God will provide for you, and you can trust God with all of your worries and needs!

Prayer:

God I lay ______ before you today. I know that you can and will provide for me. I don’t want to keep worrying about what I can’t control. I choose to trust you today and every day. Amen!
