Scripture:

“I declare today that I have been faithful. If anyone suffers eternal death, it’s not my fault.” Acts 20:26

Observation:

Our job on this earth is to bring people along and show them the way to Jesus. We are not responsible for someone’s salvation, but we are accountable for how we’ve lived and what our witness to those around us has been.

Application:

When you get to the end of your life, can you say (like Paul) that you have been faithful? Who are you bringing along; who are you modeling Jesus to today?

Prayer:

Jesus, I never want someone to miss out on you because I have been a poor witness. Help me to be faithful Lord, and forgive me for the times that I have fallen short. I want the people around me to want to know you because of my life. Help me to lift others up and spur them onto you today. Amen.
