Scripture:

“You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?” Psalm 139:2-7

Observation:

Whether we feel it or not, God is always with us. He is ever-present. He will never leave you or forsake you. He knows your thoughts and the words that you speak. The details of your day are not too insignificant for him to pay attention to, He loves you that much.

Application:

Maybe you’re feeling lonely today. Pause throughout your day, and meditate on this verse. You are not alone; God is with you!

Prayer:

Thank you Lord for noticing me. Thank you that I matter to you. Help me today to be mindful of your presence. I need you Jesus. Amen.
