Scripture:

As for me, I call to God, and the Lord saves me. Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.” Psalm 55:16-17

Observation:

We see a pattern repeated throughout the Bible of praying three times. Daniel, David, Jesus and Paul all demonstrate this habitual returning to prayer, morning, noon, and evening. Let’s make prayer an established part of our days as well!

Application:

Try setting three specific times to pray today. If you have a specific need, pray for it each time! Reset your focus to Jesus by making prayer an intentional, repeated part of your day today.

Prayer:

Lord I want to learn from the wisdom you gave me through your Word. I want to make prayer an integral part of my day. Help me to set times to pray today and to not get distracted or push it aside. Amen.
