Scripture:

“Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.” Hebrews 12:15

Observation:

Life isn’t fair. There will be things that you go through in life that aren’t fair. There will be people that sin against you, but still God asks us to forgive. When you hold onto unforgiveness, it is like eating poison that will destroy your life and can even infect the lives of the people around you.

Application:

Pray today and ask the Lord to cleanse you of all unforgiveness. Let Him show you the things that you need to let go of, and release them to Him today!

Prayer:

Father God, I release _______ to you. Forgive me for the unforgiveness I’ve held on to. Cleanse my heart and my mind, and rid my life of bitterness. Amen.
