“Don’t be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6



Gratitude can be the ultimate stress reliever. When we shift from worrying and obsessing, to praying and thanking God for all the things He has done, it can completely change how our reality looks.



Focus on the good. Give God the worry. Let it go so that He can fill you with the peace He has promised to give you!



Lord I lay ______ down before you. I don’t want to waste any more time worrying about the thing that I can’t fix but you can. Thank you for _______ and all of the blessings in my life. Today I am choosing to focus on the many things that you’ve blessed me with. Fill me with you peace Lord. Amen.
