Jesus Meets You In Times Of Loneliness

Scripture:

“But You, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the One who lifts my head.” Psalm 3:3

Observation:

God wants to bring you comfort in your times of loneliness. Jesus came as a gift to us so that we wouldn’t ever have to be alone. His very name, Emmanuel, means “God with us.” His love protects you like a shield, and He will lift you up even in your loneliest times.

Application:

If you are experiencing loss or loneliness this Christmas season, know that Jesus came to this earth so that you would never be alone. He will not abandon or forsake you. No matter how low you’re feeling today, He will lift you up. Let His love comfort you today.

Prayer:

Jesus, I need your comfort today. Meet me in my times of loneliness. Lift me up and help me to move beyond this. Thank you for your love that never leaves me. Remind me today that I am never alone. Amen.
