Scripture:

‘Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.’ Philippians 4:4-7

Observation:

Don’t worry, be happy. Period. That sounds so simplistic but for many of us it seems like an impossibility. 

Application:

The key to a joy filled is given to us in today’s scripture; pray about EVERYTHING! When you do, you are able to release your worries to the only one who is able to do anything about it, our faithful God. 

Prayer:

Lord, today I commit to talking to you throughout the day. I want to celebrate today’s wins with you and release today’s worries to you. I choose to replace my worries with your joy and I thank you that you make this possible with something so simple as talking with you. Thank you Jesus! Amen.
