Scripture:

“And I will lead the blind in a way that they do not know, in paths that they have not known I will guide them. I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them.” Isaiah 42:16

Observation:

God’s power shines when we’re feeling lost or discouraged. It’s what He does. When we feel hopeless, when we feel like we’re stuck on the same path and nothing is ever going to change, He is there to lead us to destinations we may not even have dreamed of.

Application:

If you are feeling discouraged today, hold onto the promise from this verse: These are the things God does, and He does not forsake them. If you are feeling stuck, hopeless, or even just worn out, hold on! Trust God and His timing and ask Him to lead you on new paths and light your way.

Prayer:

Jesus, I feel stuck in _________. I know that even when I can’t see my way out and I don’t know how much longer I can keep going, you know what you’re doing. Help me Lord. Guide me and light my way. Show me what you’re doing. Amen.
