Scripture:

“Now whenever the cloud lifted from the Tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out on their journey, following it. But if the cloud did not rise, they remained where they were until it lifted.” Exodus 40:36-37

Observation:

When the cloud moved, they moved. When it stopped, they stopped. The Lord wants us to follow His leading daily. So much of God’s plans are given to us day by day. He doesn’t often give us the full plan. 

Application:

Follow the cloud, don’t follow the crowd. When God prompts you to move, move! If He hasn’t prompted that, then stay. Tune into the leading of His Holy Spirit and follow Him even when it isn’t popular.

Prayer:

Lord help me to be tuned into your leading. I want to walk inside your will for my life. Show me how to honor you in every decision, every choice that I make today. Amen.
