Scripture:

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 5:1

Observation:

Only after Jesus went to the cross did we find peace with God. Throughout the old testament, people were never allowed to enter into the presence of God.

Application:

Walk with confidence knowing there is no separation between you and God. The vail has been torn and we may come face to face with our creator.

Prayer:

Jesus, we thank you! Because of your sacrifice on the cross, we have found peace with God. Today, as we start this week, bring this peace to the forefront of our minds. Allow us to walk in confidence knowing there is no separation from God.
