Scripture:

“Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” Psalm 46:10

Devotional:

Sometimes we get so busy that we forget to take time to be still before God. Other translations of this verse translate “Be still” as: Cease striving; stop fighting; let go; return to Me. It’s so important to set aside time to be still before the Lord and remember who He is in our lives. 

Application:

Take some time today to be still and allow the Spirit of God to pour into you!

Prayer:

God I worship you and I honor you. I choose to be still before you right now. Please fill me with your Spirit.
