New Beginnings

Scripture:

“And he who was seated on the throne said, ‘Behold, I am making all things new.’” Revelation 21:5a

Observation:

Over and over we see in the Bible how God continues to create new beginnings. Starting in Genesis, where He creates everything out of nothing, out of the void. Throughout the Old Testament, creating fresh starts when His people messed up and needed deliverance. In the New Testament, Jesus created the way for us all to have a new beginning, and we see that reflected all the way to this verse from Revelation. God will make all things new.

Application:

Let the Lord give you a new beginning today. He can create life out of nothing, and if you feel like you’re living in that void, receive the beginning He wants to give you.

Prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that your Spirit will breathe life into each of us. Let us experience a new beginning today. Start something fresh in us by your power Lord. Amen.
